Dear sir
I booked tata zest xms petrol on 30/08/2014 at your dwarka branch for which i was told to wait for a month or so as sky grey colour was not available.I agreed for the same.After a long wait car was stil not available and suddenly i was told that my car has come for which i asked for some time as i was buying the car on cash.
When again i checkd in the month of december i was told that the same model has been given to somebody else and i was asked to come back again on 30th december which i again agreed but to my surprise agin i got the same redponse that car is stil not available.
There was a sheer miscommunication between the manager and the employees as everytime i was getting commitments but no service provided till date.
I have already made the payment for the same on 05.01.15 and was told there is no price change and i can Recieve the car today but today also there was no help and on top of the staff blamed me only and that too very rudely.
Just because of ur staffs rude behaviour and miscommunication and false promoses i had to cancel my car .Highly disappointed
