Not issue ticket even in their working time, Ticket counter clerks at new delhi railway station

Clerks are using very filthy and vulgar language and deny to give tickets and told to take the same from other counter. When we go to other counter the reaction was same and further this gone for 3-4 times. Nobody issued tickets more specifically in their working time because of counting cash and display the board of counter closed by them. This deed of taking salary without work is inappropriate because they are taking salary from government to issue tickets and not for indulging in misbehaving with railway passengers. This might cause the passengers have to roam freely in trains because of their unworkable behaviour. And they are also part of the corruption because they told us to collect tickets from the machine and their agent charges rs 10 extra for every ticket. You can understand how much they earn by making this kind of group and spreading corruption by this small deed. I just want to you to keep a watch on every clerk by means of cctv camera or by personal or by whatever deems fit and display the name of every clerk on counter by which we are able to take prompt action against this.
