Non-receipt of subsidy

My LPG Id is 7500000034032184 Distributor Konark Gas Cuttack City and Adhar Card No is 7275-8594-9340 and both have linked with my Account no-1661236878 Central Bank of India Cuttack Odisha.
I had booked one cylinder dated 11/01/2015 via no 2000081505 and got the cylinder on 16-01-2015 vide receipt no 3000088980 dated 15-01-2015. But till date i did not received my subsidy amount in my saving bank. Kindly do the needfulto get my subsidy.
