Non receipt of gas

I have booked the gas on 09.01.2015 vide reference number 212183 but I have received a message that the same has been cancelled on 16.01.2015. I again booked vide reference number 212966 on 16.01.2015 as advised to me through message. But I have not received the refile till date. Kindly look into the matter. My Consumer number is R11211.
