non delivery of gas booked one month ago

I booked my gas with yogesh enterprises on 23-12-2014.My booking number is 238143 and consumer number is 77052.i have not received my gas till now i.e.18-01-2015 even after many calls and complaints.Very diappointed with the services.Please take some strict action and i hope to receive my gas soon.
