Sir,my on line exam.on 24 Nov.2019forWelfare officer at Sarvodya kanya vidhaliya(janki Devi)mayur vihar phase-1.Ireached at 9.28a.m.on the gate of center but they closed and told it is 9.30a.m.in ourwatch.about 15 candidates are there.Today in newspaper frauds of this matter also out.This exam should be cancelled.Becauseb exam was starting to 10.30 a.m. why they didn't allow the candidates?
