This is regarding Consumer#16584. I provided Adhar card, PAN card and other ID proof, however my last is still not corrected. My last name is Ghai and seeded in their system as Bai.
Why it is different than provided ID proof ? I contacted multiple times but it is still reflecting incorrect last name. Can anyone listen consumer and help ?
