Lenovo laptop getting hanged for 5seconds

I have a laptop which is more than a year old and it is getting hanged for few seconds everytime and runs for 2 mins and again gets hanged. I gave it to nearer repair store and he did formatting and checked after changing hard disk and processor. But it is still not working fine, what might be the reason?
