lenovo A369i mobile battery problem

i have a lenovo A369i model. i am using this model from last five months but now it's battery problem from last week.battery not work properly. mobile charging start but battery not charged. your service center at at worli, lalbuag, vikroli are closed.
mobile is under warranty, so please help me to change battery at your center.
