GETTING HANGED ,TOUCH SCREEN UNRESPONSIVE AND NOT GETTING ON

My samsung galaxy s4 is 1.5 year old. I have purchased it from CROMA.It gets hanged.Sometimes its touchscreen do not respond. Now it gets off and do not get on. It goes to reboot mode. At times it does not work sometimes it works..Its painful ..I AM OF THE OPINION IT IS DEFICIENT PRODUCT.

I FEEL I SHOULD INVOKE REMEDY UNDER CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT.
