Dear sir
My name is sibykurian,living at abudhabi and my residence at peroor kottayam
So don't have adhar no,last 8th January 2015,i am visit to your office and submitted to non adhar form,nro acno ,passport copy etc that time your office staffs are told to me every thing is ok,and i return back to abudhabi
Yesterday one information is coming to peroor residence
Need adhar no?so the condition is my father (80years )and mother only staying for my home,he don't have any idea for your procedure
I request that please follow my old application and give to gas cylinder
