Gas phone booking not possible and not picking ohone calls

1) Last 10 Days try to book cylinder over phone but no body picking the phone even after ringing and sometimes phone was engaged.
2) As a customer if I am taking for medical rest that time my only way to book cylinder over phone only but their both the nos. agency is not picking phone in office hours.
3) In a day I had call more then 50 times. so this is the response from a reputed gas agency.
