Delay in Delivery of Cylinder

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Have booked a cylinder in Shiv Bhawani Agency, HP Gas Agency Chapra on 11/01/2015. They told to deliver the LPG on 16/01/2015. But today after asking for delivery they told to pay first then it will be issued on next some days.

We facing a lot of problem.Please do the needful.
