Delay in Delivery by Kirti Gas Service

It has been a year we are facing the issue of late delivery. Every time we have to call and remind them. Last month .i.e decemeber 2014 i called them for non delivery of gas bottle. The very first reply they gave was that it takes 15 days to get the bottle delivered. I have booked gas bottle on 7st January 2015 but still i have not revieved the delivery. It has been 21 days now. Highly frustrated with the kind of services they provide.
