complaint against refiling amt. taken by the delivery van at itakhola

The delivery van took Rs.890 per cylinder . I came to know that the amount is Rs.793 and the rest of the amt. will be credited in to the customers acount. I want to know what is the actual amount per cylider and delivery charge at itakhola and also the actual amt. Credited to account ?
