call is disconnected intermittently

I have Samsung duos s7562 since oct 2013.

Of late it is observed that whenever attending incoming call or outgoing call is made the call is getting disconnected for 1-2mts.

I was told there is no issue with the service provider. Without checking one of your service Centre bluntly said there is problem with mother board as it does come under warranty.

Leaving aside rectification of the problem he advised me to give the phone in exchange for 500. Will the phone get repaired.

please provide a resolution
