bad food quality at neb sarai branch

I had ordered today one special thali and veg noodles from neb sarai.the food was horrible.It looke dit had come from some local radside dhabha.noodles were full of chillies.nobody coulkd eat.Our money got wasted.On complaining I was told by the concerned person that thali food had finished(food was ordered at 8.00pm and delivered around 9.oo)and noodles may be the cook by mistake had put more chillies.after calling atleast 10 times that the phone was picked by them .I was told it's late now and nothing can be done.this is the quality and service u provide.wll I order again . never To build customer rapport kindly revrt back to me with solution to the problem
