Mobile switch of automatically & unable to start. It was given to your service center on 7th Jan.
mobile was purchased on 20th Dec/14, & it was not working in only 15 Days. Majour Modem fault found in mobile. They are trying to repair.
I request you to replace my mobile, No any customer accept such big fault in 15 days new Rs. 11,000/- mobile.
Pl reply urgently.
