A536 and lenovo service worst ever

I have procure A536 3 months ago and have problem of touch screeen , touch screen lower part is not working properly, in dial paid if we press 2 phone is dail , in sms u and other character are not functioning.I have visited lenovo care they are just time pass instead of attending complain they are saying due to screen gaurd one is saying software .... yet problem on solved so request dont purcahse lenovo phones as they dont have customer support.....
