Taking illegal bus fare

The contractor of the bus number As18 C7039.forcing for illegal bus fare from the customer.and they said that, government has give them permission to take extra bus fare.they r taking 400
or 350 instead of 250 .and they behaved so rudely with the passenger specially driver and handyman.
Therefore i requested to you to take legal action against the bus cited above.
