I had booked a flat in March 2020 in Indore at the time of booking contractor had told me the carpet area is 1121 sq feet and it's a approved property from every department and it is new construction but after booking contractor has confirmed me the carpet area is 850 sft and it is not rera approved property and it is old property and that time I have paid 51000/- rs at the time booking and after conception of this deal he has not refund my booking amount
