Token booking officer not taking 20 rupees coin saying not running

Hello sir

My self manoj Sharma from jaipur Rajasthan
I just need to go from civil lines to badi chopad jaipur by metro..
At civil lines metro station on 8/7/2021..
11:00 AM
On counter..TOKEN officer not Taken INR 20 rupees coin to me
They said ...this is not running or not in currency...

I was in hurry ..
There nobody COOPERATE me.
they waste my time infect I was in hurry for go to work...
infect there 3 persans in staff all said we never seen INR 20RS COIN

..I given them other rupees then they give me token..

Pleaae make proper training for everything related metro daily work. .
