Hello I am pruthvi khatwani I will purchase my new scooter TVS Jupiter from progressive show room Nadiad which they sell me scooter of 2015 manufacturing & as I purchase scooter on 31 March 2017 and after this thing I know from smart card of RTO, as they can not do this with any of consumers
