Not respond by paytm consumers

Sound box purchase by paytm business app on line Rs 1800 by pre payment for my shop to paytm merchant account. But they're dilevary defected sound box this box not working day 1st I'm complaint by call costumer care aprox 20 times last month date 10th July. But no response.
