My hitachi ac not cooling well their engineer comes every time but they didnot resolve my problem.. I have buy amc of hitachi split ac worth rs . 3600 and they said every thing include in it for year.. When i got cooling problem they said that ac need chemical service worth rs 1200 they just misguide us..but they won't sure that problem get resolve this time also.. Last 4 mnth i am suffering from the problem and no body solve it..and they always want to charge with us which thing include in amc they don't want to do that.. Sir plzzz its my kindly request plzz solve my problem.. I want to claim on company service center . They dont want to resolve my problem and want to charge unnessary.
