MONEY DEDUCTED BY CTU ONLINE WEBSITE BUT NO TICKED OR REFUND ISSUED

ON MARCH 17 AND 18 OF 2020 I TRIED TO BOOK TWO SEATS OF CTU FROM DELHI TO CHANDIGARH THROUGH ONLINE MODE. BUT UNFORTUNATELY MONEY WAS DEDUCTED BY THEM AND NO TICKET WAS ISSUED BOTH TIMES. SO I CALLED THERE CUSTOMER CARE AFTER GETTING CONFIRMED WITH BANK THEY TOLD ME YOU WILL GET YOUR REFUND SHORTLY. BUT ITS BEEN NOW A MONTH AND I DID NOT GET ANY REFUND.I AM UPLOADING A SCREENSHOT OF BANK STATEMENT THERE ARE TWO TRANSACTIONS OF RUPEES 690 EACH. I HAD ALSO MAILED THEM MY COMPLAINT BUT ITS OVER MORE THAN A MONTG I DID NOT GOT ANY REPLY FROM THEM.
