Lower pilling issue bought from Ritu wears Faridabad

From Faridabad store i purchased lots of garments. That was a bad experience of first time purchasing from Ritu wears. A T-shirt bought from the store had pilling issue only after wearing on the eve of rakshabandhan. No wash, only I wore and pilling started. That was irritating. I visited store and one of your staff's response was more irritating. He asked me to first wash it and then bring. Do i have too much time to come again and again from my work. After two days I went again.
And finally got my t-shirt replaced after few arguments. The same issue happened with the lower purchased from your store. Now the same guy replaced it with the same article and said if again the same issue happens, I am there to help even I asked him to replace it with another article but he denied and said I am there , you just use it. What to happen, same pilling issue and now again went to that guy. Now see what he said, he refused his wordings. He said, apke sath hi kyun ho Raha hai aisa. Such a cheap response. He made me feel that i have done a mistake buying from Ritu wears. He kept my lower and said we will send it to company and inform me whatever they will say to replace it or not. When he replaced my t-shirt and lower with same article, did he send it to company, no. Now he is again irritating me. I want my lower replaced with another article on immediate basis otherwise i will knock at consumer complaints.
