LED TV Repair

I purchased Panasonic LED TV through Bharat Electronics, Dharmapuri. They said 10 years it has no problem but in three years it repair. Moreover We dont touch TV after they fix. I contact which number they given all numbers no response. I affected past three months. Please help.
