I bought Wonderchef OTG from Amazon a month back and ever since it was bought there is no heating an

The main complaint is against the customer care of Wonderchef as the emails sent regarding the service and repairs is never responded
There were several emails exchanged between one Ms Neha Sharma and me regarding service and repair after registering the OTG.
From 20 October till 28 October there was some positive response from customer care.
After that no response to any of the mails and I am stuck with the product.
Either they should replace or refund the money as I am not sure whether the same type of service will continue if I replace OTG.
