Faulty food processor

Hi I bought Morphy Richards iconic superb food processor from Croma Growel on 26th jauyary 2019
While purchasing..the store manager Mr.Rajaram asked to go for extended warranty...He assured..if product is not satisfactory ..company will refund the money .. can be used to buying something else .
Warrenty is for 2 years.
The food processor is not good..
Does not do fine grinding .
Too much noisy.
Takes much time..
N work done is unsatisfactory.
Contacted Croma many times..lodged complaint many times..visited .n request made ..but in vein ..
The company service man visited twice . agreed for faulty item..
Then also ..no help form Croma side.
Kindly help
