my self somya aulakh , sir i applied for State Bank of India account opening portal (Kiosk) . i paid 16000 (10000 by chq and 6000 cash ) . RIONET solution pvt ltd provided me the KIOSK . i was very excited and start opening bank account under jan dhan yojna . but Rionet linked me to a wrong SBI branch and it all stopped . branch to which i am linked is an SME branch and they are not allowing me to open account in there branch . i complaint to rionet about this . but 2 months passed by . one day i got Rionet's INDIA head number i.e Praveen shrivastav (7838009964) , i talked to him on 20/05/2016 . he assured me that my link branch will be changed in working one week and if it will not change then they will refund my money back . but now its been 11/06/2016 , they are not responding to my phone calls , nor to text messages and nor to my mails . my complaints number to there complaint boxes are (8692,8918,8973,9290,9343,9435,9515)
sir please help me and help me in getting my money refunded . i have suffered a huge lose in my business and almost ruined it .

    I went to the kiosk centre to deposit some money in my account at 03:02pm on. Nov10,2016..but they said that they are closed and didn't allow me to deposit money ...and didn't even gave me the deposit slip...customers who need to deposit money on urgent bases suffer because of these stupid reasons...kindly look after this issue...
