Complaint against Very rude behavior towards customer

Hi

13 th November ,few hours earlier i have purchased in reliance mart ,chittoor,AP,and I have asked the person who was billing my purchase to cancel one item in the bill before billing was done and she said it was cancelled and she kept that product aside , didn't give us.

Later when we checked we didn't get the product and as well amount was added to my bill.when i asked her the same ,she was very careless and rude in talking and as well as her body language was very bad and careless.....very unacceptable behaviour towards customer ,no respect even when i was talking to her in a nice and softly .Her name is Ms.Shobha ,billing section ,she is not even responsible and doesn't even care to listen atleast what is the problem and in return blaming me and she told that bill is done you have to take it even if its not your mistake in a very rude way .

I'm very hurt to her behaviour towards me infront of other people .i wish this doesn't happen to an other customer .

Most of the employees are the same behaviour ,few are very good in receiving customers .
