Sir,
I have purchased a battery of 220 amps on 17/04/2017. As per the warranty card the period of warranty is 36 months from the date of purchase. The battery has backup issue. I have raised a complain against the issue. After the initial checkup the Service engineer told me that your battery has been dead and we will give a replacement for the same. After two days they are telling that we can't give you another battery.
So please do the needful as soon as possible.
