Charging of amazon prime membership money even after cancellation

I had cancelled my Amazon Prime membership subscription in August 2022 but they have charged the money for the month of September and October,rupees 179 each total 358 in the name of hidden clause that is auto renewal even after successful completion of cancellation and their customer care representative has denied to lodge accomplane in this regard. I have not visited the app even single time in these months give me that I have successfully cancelled my subscription.
