I was purchased a pet (Labra)worth Rs. 15000/- plus his Food worth Rs. 2000/- on 20/04/17 from Pets Spot, SB-6, Amrapali Complex, Karelibaug Water Tank Road, Karelibaug, Vadodara - 390 018., he was given the shope card on my advance payment of Rs. 5000/- on 16.4.17 with his sinature about receipt of advance payment on behing the card, on payment of Rs. 12000/- i have asked for bill but the shopkeeper simply refused to provide any kind of bill and not given any type of paper of the pet also. About paper he was asked to pay Rs. 2500/- extra for pets paper.
He later said we do not give bill to anyone, do whatever you wants to do,
