worst quality led tv supplied and did not return

sir i order a tv on ebay ,the tv recevied but it is worst quality .the seller did not provide the manual ,no wall mounting unit ,3RCA-3RCA CABLE IS MISSING .seller is not responding on phone ,i tried the no several time ,i tried on ebay site ,they first ask for details of photo of tv, now they are asking to reshipped the product ,why i am going to return the product on my own money ,i dont have money now ,it is their responsibilty to pick the return product . i am unable to watch tv ,i have no money to buy an another tv ,please find the below details and do the needful
