Dear Sir/Madam,

I am purchased a powerbank via Book my offer but they are sent to me 20800 Mah Power Bank meanwhile i am order 25000 mah samsung power bank. Now i am returned that powerbank but Book my offer Customer care and E mail they are not pick my phone and not return my money.
What Can i do ?
Please help me ?
