Non receiving of Refund amount against cancellation of order with 24x7fresh.in

Inspite of several reminders, I have not received my refund amount as assured by Radhikaji of 24x7fresh.in in her mail dated 16/03/2016. No response also I have received from them and no body is there to pick up my call at which only one contact number is provided me i.e 01133609090. It has been elapsed more than Two and a half months.
