Metro Shoes has cheated me

I brought a Metro Shoes worth Rs. 2690/- from shop No - G-25, Magneto Mall, GE Road, Raipur.

While buying they told any issues you face you can come to us till 1-2 years we can provide repairing services.

After few months use, one shoe has started tearing apart (fatjana).

I have given my shoes on 24-04-2016 for repairing for pasting with a Memo number - 60445. while taking my shoes they told it will be repaired and handed it over by 15th May 2016. They never called me up for update but when I called now they are saying they can not do anything and they are asking me to take it back.

When they are claiming that Metro shoes provides pure leather products, than how come it teared above sole pasting? In my case they have cheated me with some short of duplicate material.

Need your help in rectifying my issue.
