Dear sir/ madam
i was complaint 16-04-2016 to your customer care she was said service engg visit and solve in 48 hr but till date no one contact us my father (sh. Ram Narayan Chaudhary) is so old he lives in muzaffarpur village kharawna dih purwari patti near mahavir mandir he was suffering due to your product service your product was not working no charging battery so you can take this matter seriously my father was earlier called to your dealer they charge 700/- but this time they didn't reply so your brand name is popular but your service is so poor. so you revert ASAP
