Dear Sir

My wife have J7 Samsung Mobile, its screen have some problem and mobile is in warranty period. i have approached to Service center of Samsung in Shakarpur New Delhi but they have responded very badly, not only they refused to repair giving condition that they have no part available but their behavior towards customer is unacceptable to me. My warranty is about to expire, i have visited them twice since last week every time they are giving same excuse of unavailability of part, i am feeling harassed by them and writing this complaint, please help me
