My Airtel Digital Tv : 3017887122-001 / Registered Mobile No. 9000268477.

I have like to change my regular ₹ 99/- plan addition telugu regional top up into 6 months south max telugu package. In this I have requested to Customer care my monthly rental pan to 6months package. As per direction of customer care executive I have recharged my dth balance for ₹ 1158/- details as follows:

But you customer care executive activated south max tamil instead of south max telugu. On 21-09-2016 I have watch all the Telugu channels, but on 22-09-2016 I have unable to watch telugu Gemini Channels i.e. Gemini, Gemini Movies, Gemini Comedy, Gemini News like. In this reason I have registered complaint through customer care on 22-09-2016 between 9.30 am to 10.30 am. He give assurance to arrange call back facility and also rectify the problem, by mistake your plan active actives south max – tamil instead of south max telugu, and also the customer care executive updated my other mobile also i.e. 7396563815 but so far not rectified my problem. I am very uncomfortable with these practices. Many more times I have callback to customer care. Now the executive says we are unable to change package with-out additional recharge amount. How can I responsible for your executive mistake for activated south max tamil instead of south max telugu. So please take necessary action to rectify the problem.
