i bought a CROMA LED FHD101CM CREL 7324 ON 12.03.2016 FROM UNIVERSAL TRADE TOWER GROUND GURGN-TRADE TOWER-A118. MY INVOICE NUMBER IS SLF02A118030009961.IT IS NOT WORKING SINCE LAST 15 DAYS. WE COMPLAINED TO THE AUTHORISE CUSTOMER CARE OF CROMA. AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND PROPERLY TO OUR COMPLAIN. SOME TECHNICIAN CAME TO VISIT SAID THAT YHE BACKLIGHT IS FUSED BUT WHEN WE INQUIRE TO THE STORE OPERATOR HE SAID MOTHER BOARD IS NOT WORKING,
NOW EACH PASSING DAY THEY ARE IGNORING US. THEY ARE ALSO NOT PREPARED TO REPLACE IT ALSO.THE PRICE I PAID WAS -28.990
