sir i have a online order (Li Te Ra Designer pink color Printed Unstitched Patiala Salwar Suit)of craftsvilla on 25 Jul 2016 and same received on 30 Jul 2016 but after receiving product has defected. I was complain with craftsvilla on 30 Jul 2016 and he will replied our product collect within 2-3 working day.

But, I have many time phone and same reply. No action till date. please help me.
