Cheating by Kutchina Kolkata: AMC amount taken but denied to serve

I took a AMC service of Rs.3000 for 3 years in May'16 from Kutchina authorised service center. Now once asked them to serve, they said rhis is not our Authorised service center now. You need to check with that dealer only who did AMC for you, we dont have any responsibility.

This is suprising to see that neither the dealer or Kutchina is servicing. Kutchina is demanding again Rs.3000 for further servicing. There is nothing to do by me if the service center which was earlier authorised and now not authorised, I paid for Kutchina service and they have to arrange it. Its their responsibility.

If any service center working for Kutchina and they are serving Kutchina's customers then its Kutchina's resonsibiity to solve this.
