I have purchased Samsung Note-3 neo on 16.11.2014 at Sangeeta Mobiles, Gadag. As and when the mobile is putting for charging it is automatically getting switched off. In this regard I went to service centre at Hubli ie Intend, station road, Hubli. It is informed by the service centre that there is a problem of data cable so it is changed. Now I am geting the same problem. if the mobile is putting for other data cable with the samsung adopter there will be no problem of charging.
