Relocation damage reluctant to pay Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd to transport my goods

I relocated from Pune to Chennai and I chose Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd to transport my goods. The Journey begins with Mr. Ashoke Sharma in Pune who took responsibility to shop my goods. The Shipment was done vide GC no WIGNPUN058837 dated 30/11/2016. The ship meant was insured and the responsibility for putting the value was empowered to Mr. Sanjay Mandal who was the supervisor for packing in Pune based on trust and I signed on it.

Now the shipment was delivered with most of my antique furniture broken.

The claim department visited and said that they will not take care of the repair since the value has been shown less.

The entire transportation was done on trust and found that no-one from the company is ready to help.

I spoke to Mansi Katyal and various other senior staffs. I wrote mails to them as well. Not a single person responded nor took ownership of my problem.

I need help for acting on my issue and resolve. I have got all documented facts to prove my effort to pursue for repairs.
