non supply of refilil in time

My consumer no. is 1175020. cash memo for cylinder booking has already been generated on 10-2-2015 bearing cash memo no.3000093020. But it is regret to say that till to day i.e 19-02-2015 the cylinder is not yet delivered. kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.
