I am DINA NATH OJHA Vill&Post Kharahatar Distt Buxar having gas connection Consumer Number 5824 with your agency.
I submitted my DBTL forms fully completed along with Aadhar card xerox also for DBTL benefit. As of today Idid not receive my DBTL amount where as I purchase the gas cylinder on 22 Feb 15.
Kindly look into matter and confirm me on my email address.
