My patient Nitin Shahi(CR:2013654847) .As I have taken appointment in gastroenterology department,then at the date the appointment was given my file didn't reach there.Receptionist didn't give the number for meeting doctor and said your file is not here.
They are not giving my file and not tend to meet the doctor.
SO PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS.
